I recently just installed a brand new Undercover ArmorFlex tonneau cover and something don't seem right with me. As you may know, the ArmorFlex model has the Linex coating on top that is matte black, and not just the regular Flex model that is painted gloss/shiny black on top.

So, I am wondering if you folks that currently have a the ArmorFlex model can confirm if what I have is actually the ArmorFlex model with the Linex coating, but just shiny because it's new. OR, they screwed me during build process and just put the cheaper panel in the cover.

That is the Linex / ArmorFlex. The regular Flex and UltraFlex are completely smooth and actually scratch pretty easily. I have a DiamondBack with the Linex coating. The coating is quite a bit thicker than on your UnderCover, but it is a little bit shiny too when it is clean. I shopped around and looked at UnderCover because I had a UC Classic on my last truck. I looked at samples of their Flex models here at a local shop and that is exactly what the ArmorFlex looked like.

Thanks for the reply. I spent hours looking online for pictures and videos, and I swear the Undercover flex looking like what I have. But I haven't been able to see the two side by side.
