I have a stalker-like memory sometimes. It even creeps me out.

I am familiar with car sales like the one described. Growing up there was a family who moved into the house across the street. They constantly bought cars for cheap, cleaned them up a bit, sold them for not cheap. They had an old biker guy who would do the fixing and polishing. I saw the WEIRDEST stuff going down. One car they left the water hose in the car for a few hours, who knows what they were washing.

They never put themselves on title. They transferred from the person they bought it from to the person they sold it to. This was way before Craigslist but I've seen that on Craigslist too. Another thing to watch for is when the car is parked in front of a nice house in the add, but when you show up its parked in front of "my aunts house, I don't have space for it at my house". That's something to run from.

So many scams everywhere, it took me 6months before I found my original owner, non-smoker, dealer serviced double cab 4x4 for $3000 Canadian. Higher mileage truck but runs good.

The ones I saw before were like the one in the YouTube video. Hidden damage, leaks, frame rust you name it.

It’s called title flipping to avoid paying taxes. Illegal.

I just watched that video lol. I would of offered $4,500
