Just wanted to share that I recently upgraded the shackles and bushings on my 2017 Jayco travel trailer ,
I was so surprised the lack of quality in the suspension components. Ive got tandem 3500 lb Lippert (LCI) axles but I'm pretty sure most brands are the same . Thin shackle straps and plastic bushings with zero lubrication. as you can see the bolts were starting to wear into the strap and the bushing was already toast.

My trailers got about 4000 kms on it . If I drove with my window down I could hear metallic rattling over small bumps. This is the culprit.

Bought the wet bolt upgrade kit by mor-ryde and couldnt be more pleased . Great quality ! And only about 140 bucks Canadian .
