I am looking for replacement bulbs for my 17 tundra. Want whiter and brighter but don't want to rewire. Just bulbs. Ideas?

Both of those just replace the factory bulbs?

You might want to research owner satisfaction with simply replacing the bulbs. Some are happy, others not. The original halogen reflector assemblies are not optimum for focused light downrange. Rewiring is plug-n-play, but there is some expense for OEM LED assemblies.

No, Moromoto XB's are a whole headlight assembly.

If you are looking at just bulbs Sylvania Silverstar are pretty good. It's a halogen bulb. However, being a high performance bulb, life span is gonna be shorter than basic bulb. I think what @JohnLakeman was referring to as far as satisfaction is placing LEDs in a halogen assembly. I currently have some cheap LED Auxbeam bulbs in, I like the color, looks nice. Downrange leaves a lot to be desired though. Haven't tried the VLeds headlights, but I do have some of their other products and I'm pretty happy with them

Please please please do not put HIDs or LEDs in Halogen housings. They are not designed for the light output and will blind everyone on the road.

There are specific LEDs for Halogen housings so be sure to purchase those if you are not going to replace the housings. These place the LEDs in the same point that the halogen bulb will be outputting its light, and it is a 360 degree light output.

Silverstars are pretty good and not expensive. They are about the best bang for halogen replacement.

I would run the Silstar Ultra or go all out and get the TRD Pro Factory LEDs and the plug and play harness. Those aftermarket LEDs including Morimoto blind people coming at you. Nothing dumber than blinding someone coming a you head on.

this! Ur best bet is getting LEDs build for a halogen housing. I have Phillips LEDs in my 1st gen sequoia (headlights and foglights) and the output is tremendous while not blinding to oncoming traffic.

HIDs will be obnoxious and a hazard. And i messed around with a bunch of different halogens in the past and was never really satisfied.

Replace with OEM LED's. There are plug and play kits available with other options as well

Did this on my 16 Tacoma and the Tacoma headlights are triple the price of the Tundra's.

Also, a lot of people would suggest Morimoto's as well.

My 17 had LED bulbs installed when I bought it and they worked really well. I have since switched to Alpharex lights though. I still have the LED bulbs that are plug and play with a nice white light. If you want them just pay shipping and they are yours.

Something that is adjustable would be fine.

Try Headlight Revolution or GTR Lighting.
