    You said that your 2014 was prewired, why not get the wire harness adaptor, and your brake controller of choice. I have a 2015 and mine was pre-wired as well, I got the Redarc one, and the plate to mount into the spare blank. The reason I went for this particular one is that the only thing that shows is the knob, its a clean install, and was around 250. Based on your picture that one seems to be made for vehicles that are not pre-wired.

    Yea I know the P3 or P2 was an option, just seeing if anyone used this one and how was it
