Radio issue

Hello everyone, hopefully someone can shed some light on this issue, I'm having trouble with the radio in my truck. When I have the radio on a XM station and I touch the > button the select another channel, the radio switches to am. If I'm listening to a fm channel, the same thing happens when I attempt to change the station. Also the same thing happens when I press the < button as well. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

 

Button on the steering wheel control or head unit?

 

On the steering wheel...sorry guess I should've mentioned that.

 

Steering wheel scrolls through presets. Try pressing the up down on the head unit to compare. Not sure if the feature is changeable (sorry).

 

Now that you mention it, I noticed this in the truck I test drove. You have to save some Sirius XM presets to be able to scroll through them with the steering wheel button.
