Post #29 in that thread says the intake hose came loose. Guess it was in some sort of limp mode. I remember another thread on here with the same issue on the trail.

 

I totally agree. I don't think he did this intentionally but it's still a win for him. Insurance picks up his tab, minus the deductible, and he gets more hits.
