I’ve had that shifter for a few months now, love it. Just wait till it gets cold out. That thing will match the outside air temp. Lol

I got mine in yesterday. Tried out Sport+ mode +4. Makes the truck a beast!

My bumper panels had some light surface rust on the powdercoat in a couple of spots. I didn't have them Line-X'ed when the bumper was done. I hit them with a couple coats of Raptor liner in the aerosol can.

I drove twenty hours round trip for a hell of a deal I couldn't pass up, they were calling my name, lol. Hey , it's only money and we only live once. Definitely worth the drive. @Wgusler, it was nice meeting you this morning and thanks for the smooth transaction.

I still have my extra set of TRD OR wheels being powdercoated bronze so pictures of them we be posted once I get them back. Gonna be a hard choice on which ones I go with.. I really like these BBS Pros though.

So you have your current OR wheels. The set you were getting powder coated bronze. Were so unhappy you drove for some BBS Pros???? Call the powder coated and have the Pros powder coated bronze!!!! :spy:

I say this out of pure jealousy. I hate you a little bit right now

Can't wait to see what you do!

Anxious to see the Bronze OR. That's what I've been wanting to do, but just haven't pulled the trigger yet. Now that Spring travel soccer is done with, maybe I can allocate funds differently lol. Did you go a darker bronze or lighter/brighter bronze? Also, agree with @RobertD, have the Pros powdered bronze :thumbsup:

Man, you got me rollin laughing. I like to keep my options open, what can I say? I really wanted the bronze Heritage edition Pros but I couldn't bring myself to make up
a VIN# to get them. I would have to paint these bronze since you can't powdercoat the forged wheels, something about weakening the integrity of the wheel from the heating process. So now I currently have three sets of wheels. I already have a buyer for the TRD OR wheels currently on my truck. So choice will be down to two.
The color is called Triple Bronze (darker) and they will have a clearcoat added to protect it from the elements and fading. I went with gloss so it should be interesting. See above in reference to powdercoat on BBS wheels.

I hear ya George. I am definitely gonna need some help deciding. :hattip:

Experimenting with additional footwell lighting in the rear. 6 bars in the rear, now I definitely need more in the front.

Rear/bedside is on the left, driver side is towards the top. The device sits towards the front edge of the hole. There are also wires that run near the passenger edge of the hole. Location may vary but the image give you a general ideaIMG_0170[1].jpg

I agree that the bronze BBS Pro wheels look awesome but didn't know that about the powder coat. Learning new things daily on this forum.

Putting under seat storage in a newer Crew max. There are some wires to watch for when cutting the carpet/foam.

Same here, was not aware about the powder coat and forged wheels....I almost bought that kit, for whatever wheels I decided to purchase to replace my steelies. However, with a blue truck I thought about going a little brighter bronze so I bought the brass gold kit lol. Yes, I have a kit and no wheels yet

Gotcha, thanks! I dig my DC and the oem underseat storage, luckily for me I didn't need the extra room of the CM and wanted the longer bed, or this would be relevant to me.

Excited to see what you do!!! I almost traded my black TSS wheels for some OR wheels that I was going to paint either bronze or graphite, but some plans changed and I kept my wheels and added some blue to them. Look forward to seeing your lighter bronze on a darker blue truck, that will definitely be eye catching

Did a little preliminary work on the Setrab tranny cooler installation this evening. Relocated the horn, installed the grommets, and mounted the cooler.

How long is the top bar? Will it work with the legs in the lowest position?
