I’ve looked around a lot for bed covers that Intergrated the tundra’s bed rail system and the ones that do, drop it 3-4 inches. Just was wondering if anyone on here knows of a bed cover other than the paragon that keeps the bed rails in the same position?

    Thanks in advance!

I shopped a lot as well, Im currently on my second tri fold and i want something else instead. It looks like retrax uses the rails in their place. Im currently stuck between buying a retrax or a camper shell. Im over the trifold

I've had a Retrax that didn't move the rails, and I currently have a Diamondback that doesn't move the rails.

Looking for the same thing. I’ve got the Trail Edition, so I’m looking at the Truxedo Sentry CT, or the BAK Revolver 4. These both use the existing track as is from the factory, from what I can tell.
I had the Undercover Flex on my last two trucks. It’s a great tri fold, but don’t want to have to modify the storage boxes to mount it in my new truck.

Which model retrax? Cuz from what I’ve seen it looks like it lowers the rails.

Diamond back is a beast that’s for sure but I’m looking for more low profile.

Ok yes I saw the specific install for the tundra. It’s keeps the deck rails in place. Awesome! Thank you.

The undercover flex keeps them in place if you want a tri fold. Its a high quality unit, i had one for 3 years

Oh nice! Now I have to decide which one I like better. I like the convenience of the retrax but I dislike the space that the canister takes up.

On a crewmax i def understand that. The undercover is cool for loading the entire bed. You do lose a couple inches when it is stood up, and freeway driving is sketchy with it flipped up. Undercover said it is ok, however the wind noise in the upright position makes it sound like it will come off. Now for hauling big stuff home from the store in town, no big deal it is great to be able to flip it up

I’ve had a trifold Xtang exceed and I didn’t like the weather seal. On trifolds it seems like the more you open them then the more the seal ripples and let’s in water over time.

Exactly what happened after 3 years with my undercover. They replaced the entire thing at no cost, but annoying nonetheless

I recommend looking at the roll up aluminum covers. I haven't had one so can't say how they mount or how well they seal. If I didn't want the security of the Diamondback that's the type I'd get - not a fan of tri folds and retractable covers after using them.
