So we’re getting ready to sell my wife’s 2012 4Runner and she cut the corner of our garage door and though she ruined the whole fender but actually just scraped up the fender flare. My questions how easy is it to find a replacement, and would they match in color being 10 years old? Looking for tips on replacement and places to purchase some flares. MGM color and it’s on the passenger side rear.

i cracked the fender flare on my 91 Land Cruiser being an idiot. Bought a used one from a member on a Land Cruiser forum and had it painted for cheap at a local body shop. I would look for a clean MGM used one on a 4Runner forum if I were you. Paid about $270 total for my incident. Would have been about $130 if I was able to find a clean one in the right color.

thats probably a good start! I’m also just contemplating leaving it as is depending on how involved this gets with finding and installing. Good tip tho.

If it’s the only body damage, probably not a big deal and won’t affect the value much.
