This is a "Nothing New" write up of my regular maintenance duties yesterday.

Change Front & Rear Differentials plus Transfer Case From A New Vehicle Perspective. I've heard many different forum posts about under/overfilled mechs from the factory and also after seeing many posts from Blackstone Labs to me it seems obvious that new vehicles (still nothing compared to the "old days") still have significant wear from the breaking in period. Therefore I am changing all my fluids early. Simply my choice and I have literally no opinion on how you treat your vehicle. I'm at 16K miles

Front Differential - Both fill and drain seemed extremely over-torqued. Required 1/2" breaker
bar to release. Level was filled perfectly from factory.
Rear Differential - Everything was perfect from factory. Torques, fill level all good.
Transfer Case - Fluid level was also perfect but as reported by others torque was ridiculously
low. Drain was bad but fill was literally finger tight. No s&%t, loosened with my
fingers. Mine also came with a paste sealant on the threads. No washers on
    2014+.
Transmission - Did not due but very worried about reports of extreme overfilling. Will tackle in
    few weeks.

Just some extra info on the TRD Exhaust. I installed it myself at under 2K miles but before installation I spray painted it with several coats of cheap BBQ/High Temp Matte spray paint. It seemed every pic of this exhaust show it completely surface rusted after very short period. I expected little in the way of results considering the environment but it has held up amazingly well so for an extra few hours of labor and less then $10 it looks fantastic. And yes I realize I'm a Phoenix person so take that into account. Now winter, no salt, little rain, but a constant sandblasting of are sandy dusty highways.
    Just my two cents.
    Have a great weekend everyone
