    Hi Gang,

I just picked up a 2018 Limited Tundra that the dealer actually put new All Terrains on. The original dealer pics had a set of Highway Tires that needed replaced so I actually started shopping around for some 18s and ATs to go with that. The current wheels are the 20 inch limited and they put on Pirelli Scorpion ATs in the 275/55/20 size.

To my surprise after doing a bit of research, they are actually pretty well liked tires and they do look pretty good to boot. Typical cost is in the 200 per tire range from what I can tell at the stock size.

My biggest gripe is how far recessed the factory wheels are and I was looking at something more aggressive when shopping for 18s. if I just got with new wheels, the tires may not really look all the impressive without a little bit more sidewall.

    So my choice are either:

    a) Sell current set up and try to recoup some money - if so, what is a reasonable asking price for a set of Factory Limited wheels with essentially brand new ATs or do you think it should be separated out? As a replacement, pick up some 18s and go larger on tires.

    or

    b) Keep what I currently have and maybe get some spacers to create a more flush look?

    or

    c) Just keep tires and get a new set of wheels with better offset?

Keep in mind that this isn't my daily driver so I will more than likely average like 7500 miles a year, if that makes any difference.

My first thought when it comes to tires is function, form is 2nd. This keeps me from having my preferred setup, aesthetically speaking.

I put a lot of miles on my truck and tow quite a bit. So I want a good quality highway tire with longevity. If my truck was primarily an off-road toy, I would have 18's and really aggressive MTs. If it was more of a mall crawler, I would want to change the offset to about -20 and put on a set of aggressive all-terrains. Just got to decide what works for you.
