Is there a reason my Toyota service record is so vague? Like years and years without an entry??

I would change them all, fluids, filters, tire rotation and what-have-ya. That way I know everything has been done right. Using my kind of oil and filters along with my tires being torqued. I do that on everything I buy, new or used.
