I'm usually on the 3rd gen forum but just picked up this sweet little truck.

    2006 Tundra
    4.0L
    Auto
    Rwd

Its my first reguar cab long box truck and I love it. The cap reminds me of an old porn stache. Does anyone have any experience with a setup like this? I'm looking forward to keeping this for a long time. If anyone has some good pictures of regular cab long box trucks let's see them.

They’re great trucks. My 05 is setup similar to yours except 4x4 v8.

Welcome to the best gen crew!

    Cool truck, how many miles?
Also is that canopy windowless? :monocle: Makes me think you’re hauling something sketchy lol.

169k miles, there is some rust forming of the frame and pinch welds of the body. It can absolutely be saved though. I am very surprised about the amount of pickup with this little 4.0L. I know it's a rwd truck but it wants to shred the tires if you hammer down from a stop. I'm going to use it as a commuter instead of my 2014 crewmax. Does anyone know real world mpg for this setup?

No windows on the cap. It was an old fleet truck.
