Hello everyone. I have a 2013 CM base 4x4 with column shifter. My rig did not come with a factory backup camera setup. I would like to purchase an after market backup camera system but I am not sure where or how to mount the display screen in the cab. I was thinking of a wireless system so that I don't have to deal with running wires into the cab. Any help would be appreciated in where to mount the screen. Thanks.

I installed a second backup cam that doubles as a rearview mirror. I also looked into the wireless options but I didnt want to deal with frequent battery charging and connectivity issues. Mine is hardwired to the ignition fuse and the rear camera plugs into the mirror. I also like that I can scroll down the field of view and see what's in my bed if needed. You can see the camera mounted above the third brake light in the last pic. If you were to mount the camera on the back of your tundra you'd get a better view of the bumper when backing up which would be more beneficial for you.
