Good afternoon All and thank you for accepting me. I never knew this form was out here maybe it could have answered a lot of my simple questions before. But how do I find if my question may have already been asked. I hope someone can help point me in the right direction.

I have a 2014 Toyota Tundra SR5 that came with a standard etunes radio (no navigation). I bought a 2015 etunes radio (with navigation) and had it installed and every function works except when I push the (push 2 talk face icon) button on the steering wheel; a Microphone icon appears with a greyed out hourglass pop-up and there's no ability to adjust the steering wheel or volume control knob. Other than that every single function Works which has me confused. Can anyone help?

I think I'm missing a module of some sort but I'm not too smart on any of this stuff. But luckily I found you guys and gals.

You can use the search function. It is actually pretty powerful. It's in the top right of pretty much every page. Just click in the box that says "Search. . ." and it will drop down to give you some options for your search.

 

I did just try that. Nothing came back with no results. So I put the same question in Google and I'm waiting to see if anything pops up. It just amazes me that every single function works except for that volume control on the unit itself the knob, and the volume control on the steering wheel. Neither one work with the volume locked in at a high rate of volume and no sound from the navigation or the ability to move the speaker sound from front the left or Fade to back to front.

That sounds like a warranty visit to me.

EDIT: I just noticed what you have. Probably out of warranty. I would at least see if the dealer has seen this before.
