Another yard of crushed granite, a yard of soil, lots of shoveling and laid some new ties to widen out driveway.

Fixed the city ditch and culvert for them too. Your welcome City of Winnipeg. Don't cuk it up in the spring when you scoop out the snow this time.

Well...woke up the this....squishy dirt and pooling water, as well as pooling against the foundation. Put in warranty claim immediately to the builder as they were adamant that a retaining wall wasn’t needed against the fence or a French drain back against the house, and now I’m going to demand mitigation. The irrigation is not on and I have not watered enough for this to happen. This must be coming from the yard above behind the fence. This needs to be addressed ASAP. The movement of the slope is from me walking on it a single time.....I’m speechless. Contractor types such as @1UPPER , any suggestions?
