Checked around the forum and couldn't find the right spot to ask this question, but since its regarding a 3rd gen I figured I'd ask here.

I'm looking to mount a hardshell RTT to my crewmax, and most of them are much longer than the bed of a crewmax. I'm trying to figure out the best rack height so the shell can extend over the cab without hitting the sharkfin antenna, but minimizing that gap as much as possible. I see they come in 18", 20" and 22" but not sure what to get as the RTT will come with rails which I assume will add some height.

Anyone running a RTT that extends over the cab? if so, what height rack did you go with?
Pics would be helpful as well if you have them handy.
