Orange running lights

Ok, it’s my 2008 crewmax sr5. How do I turn them off... tuning? Toyota dealer ? Pull a fuse?

 

They are required by law from what I understand.

You can also purchase a different flasher module that does not come with the DRL function but I don't know what the part numbers are.

 

That depends on where you are. Some states don't require them some do. Canada might be totally different.

 

Plenty of vehicles 2008 and newer running around Nebraska here with no running lights on...

I think I still have a non-drl flasher in the garage. I'll look tomorrow.....send me a PM to remind me. If you pull the fuse, your truck will not start. Don't ask how I know lol.

 

I may have a set of switchback flashers.
They are a white light until you hit your signal.
You will need a resistor though.
