2015 Tundra SST Off-road

Hi Y'all

Just bought a 2015 Tundra SST Off Road! Very low miles at 58000 and clean as a whistle as it was in San Antonio for 4 years. I live in Michigan so will get it rust proofed and undercoated prob by Ziebart.
What type of routine maintenance items should I keep my eye on as I approach 100000 miles? It has a timing chain which I'm happy about versus a timing belt.

what simple mods would you do? Maybe Cat pack muffler to give it a little rumble? What else would you recommend? It will be used periodically to pull a 5000 lb travel trailer.
