    Hi Tundra Owners,
We just purchased a 2021 Tundra Platinum and will be purchasing the Rebel Snugtop. They offer a front window with a fold down or fold up with gas struts. We would really like to hear from you with your experience (good or bad) with these two designs. Look forward to your help and guidance. Thank you....Islandboy

Just a Bed Rug and Snugtop XTRA Vision
Hello Islandboy- I have a '19 crewmax and have a Snugtop Xtravision with the fold up gas strut option. Just love it. When camping, it just makes it easy to pass stuff into the bed from the cab, works great with that power rear window. I went with the fold UP version, to keep it out of the way when I am packing stuff up in the back. It also keeps the glass out of the way of the things I have strapped to the bedrail- I keep a shovel strapped there. So the fold down didn't make sense for me.

Thanks so much Tzvia.....really appreciate your experience with the fold up rear window and comments. So helpful. I'm now sold on the fold-up!

    Welcome from NY.
The fold down also make it easy to clean the cab window.

Happy with the fold up especially when paired with the crew max rear window down feature. I will say I wish I had sprung for the sportsman package (stronger fiberglass layup) for future proof and piece of mind, but my rebel has held up well for 3 years with rhino rack tracks / crossbars holding up Yakima boxes, paddleboards, and batwing awning. Love it.
