I have a little lion toy that came in a happy meal when my kids were little in there.
Had it my 1997 4-Runner, my 2005 Tundra, and now my 2014 Tundra.
Oh, and my kids are 27 and 30 now.....:eek2::thumbsup:

Ear plugs. I always need them when shooting, camping, concerts etc. The disposable 3M 'EAR' type.

I have a small remote for the DVD player I put in the glovebox. It fits perfectly in that spot and doesn't get lost.

Considering my family....it ends up being a mini trash receptacle, regardless of what I do. :annoyed:

I noticed that compartment and was clueless why they would put it there and why they chose the shape of it.
Nothing fits and it's on the incorrect side. Unless they put it there for right hand drive trucks and just left it.
But there's the shape also... confusing.

But to answer the question, I have nothing there. Worthless to me.

Does you're back mat fit okay? I bought some mats off swip-swap that were listed as weathertech, didn't notice until I was installing them that they were Husky. The fronts fit perfect, better then expected even, but i just can't get the back to line up perfect. All the molding look right, it comes pretty close, but just doesn't sit flush on the thresholds like the fronts do.

I have no idea why I keep this thing.
I guess I'm trying to hold on to when the kids were young...
This thing is easily over 20 years old...:eek2:

I was kinda curious about this odd shaped storage space also. Wifes sunglasses peobably will go here. Upgraded from 2010 Tundra to 2021 this week and I have to admit the '10 had way more storage spaces. I'm let down by the loss of several glovebox type spaces and the cupholders. The cupholders are tiny! Barely holds one liter bottle of water and def won't hold my full size travel mug for coffee. How are you guys getting around that?
Also missing the map pocket behind drivers seat- this was perfect location for a Gazateer that the co-pilot could reach back and grab quite handily.
Its a nice truck for sure but what a let down missing so many things that were standard in 2010.

Love this forum. Never noticed this pocket/compartment before. To be fair I'm not often in the passenger seat. I did just stick my head over to see if my truck had it lol
