Lifted/Modified vs factory and extended warranties

So a lot of owners modify their new tundra trucks....lift this..lift that...drop this....drop that...supercharge....add a leaf...shackle or block install....after market modifications galore.....we as owners of these trucks spend billions in the industry of aftermarket modifications....North America.....world wide....but what happens when warranty work is needed.....what happens when we install after market modifications that aren’t covered under warranty.....
