What color is this? Buy or pass?

This grill is offered for sale locally by a landlord that a Tennant left in their garage. Two broken tabs and they want 100 bucks. She doesn’t know anything about it or what color it is. What do you guys think? Is that cement or MGM? I have a 2017 MGM crewmax it would be going replacing the stock limited chrome one. And then of course would have to find just a bulge to purchase.

 

Looks mgm. Custom painted the insert and emblem. If they painted over the chrome correctly that’s a steal.

 

That is MGM.
Offer $75, and say 2 tabs are broken. They will take it because it was probably going in the trash anyway. If not $100 is a good deal.

Hmmm if its was originally chrome I had 3 paint shops tell me you cant paint over the factory plastic chrome..Paint will not stick correctly.
