Haven't had the appointment yet. Mid April due to my schedule. I'm really trying to decide between BedRug and Line-x or just BedRug. I hate the naked bed and knowing it's there underneath the BedRub will probably drive me nuts. I am aware of the adhesive debate with spray-in vs. no spray-in, but I trust this forum more than other forums where I read about the debate. Hoping someone sheds some light.

I had my 1998 Tacoma off road done with line x. I loved it. Stuff seem to stay in place better in the bed. That’s why I kept the sprayed in bed liner on my build sheet for my tundra. No I no longer have that truck. I had 173,000 miles on it and Toyota bought it back because of the rust frame. But that’s another story. But I made out like a bandit. After that I really made out well with Toyota.

I’d do line-x under the rug. If you never pull the rug, you’ll still be protected.

WILL be produced? Doubt you’ll get anyone at corporate to volunteer that info. But after the MY production is done, there are people that will be able to get the final numbers

Thanks RainMan!!! I'm thinking the exact same thing.

By the way, "Course the seats were originally brown leather but now they're a pitiful red." One of my favorite movies of all time......

I have the OEM spray-in and the bedrug mat (bottom only) for my dogs, and I definitely think the bedrug plus spray-in is the winning combo! Makes sense to have full bed rug with the topper too.

Went on a drive today looking for a LR TRD Pro 4runner for the wife. Every dealer that we did find one at they wanted $15k Markup like my Tundra. Then we found this little TRD Offroad Rav4. It was missing Nav and heated/Cooling seats though. 3 other couples checking it out and we had first crack. $5k Markup so we walked from finance office.

That looks amazing! I haven’t seen the red inlay on the tailgate! I finally got mine finished this weekend. CE61B3A2-2555-421C-A746-0CBE09EE4429.jpgF20BA96D-3A2C-4A63-A72D-47E3E99DCAFD.jpg

I did not. I went with the 275/70/r18

I love the fittment. I didn’t want to go too big because I didn’t want to compromise the movement “flex” of the suspension. The tires added 1/2” of height. After the tires I have just over 12” of clearance underneath.

Sounds good!! Not sure what I’m going to do. My tire guy will take my stock Michelin’s for a swap for the Nitto’s if I want the more aggressive tire. He will charge me a couple of bucks for the swap. Just not sure if I want the more comfort ride or better looking tire. Lol. I do like the Nitto’s. Had them on my 4runner Pro 285’s and ride good. What was your thoughts after driving with both tires? Also there 10ply correct. Thank you.

They feel pretty good to me. I had the BFGoodrich KO2’s on my 2018 SR5 and I feel like that they ride smoother than those. But, I only rode with the stock Michelin‘s on my TRD pro for about 300 miles. I’ve only drove about 30 miles on the new Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Both tires feel a lot better than the old truck but I think that has a lot to do with suspension. I’ll need to drive a little more to assess it better.

OK, so I have the Westcott front on order and I am in for the CB group buy for some +3 shackles. I would prefer to keep the factory wheels, even though that +60 offset is a PITA.

I would love to run 35/12.5s - is this feasible without the BCM? I will chop it if I have to, but I prefer not to. What size spacers would be required? I am told 1.25". If that isn't feasible, I suppose I will go with 295/70/18s - which also require spacers? I think @V10Ace is running this exact setup with 1" spacers?

What I don't want in either scenario is the tire sticking outside the well - I don't want to deal with the splatter. Last option would be to ditch the factory wheels, but I rather like them. Anybody else have a similar set-up?

    Thanks!

My 295's stick out past the wheel wells with the 1" spacers. I believe Westcott advertises fitting 35x12.5's without BMC with their kit

So I'm about to order my CM LR. Has anyone had the classic running boards put on theirs and how did you like them? Wife and kids will need some help getting into the truck. I don't go off roading much we do use my truck(Tacoma currently) on hunting trips in the desert and some roads get kind of washed up.

Not sure specifically what “classic” running boards you’re referring to. Seems there are as many flavors as jelly beans when it comes to steps/sliders/running boards
