What can I do to my 2008 Tundra TRD suspension when I'm wanting to put a slide in camper weighing 1685 lb dry weight. Do I just put air bag suspension in it or do I need to do something else? He's gone

That’s gonna be heavy. Mine is approximately 1000 lbs dry and I ended up with an HD leaf pack. Think that’s your best bet. Also must have e-rated tires. I have the Dobinsons and they could probably handle it as they handle my lighter slide in camper easily. I avoided airbags because I didn’t want the complexity of the system or more potential for one sided failure. Advantages of air bags is they would ride nicer unloaded. You may need both, that’s a lot of weight!
