Hi everyone, We would have never thought we would be part of a Tundra enthusiasts form. We have just bought a 2007 Tundra SR5 Double cab, from our neighbor, for 8,200.00. Awesome shape. He was the first owner and was going to sell it back to the dealership because of "life changes". AKA "getting older" and don't use it anymore. We are enjoying "Gus" so far. It has been a learning curve since we have been Ford owners forever (Yes, I said the name on this site) Everything is in the wrong place! LOL! Also, having to figure everything out without a manual or knowing what is standard or upgrades, or what should or should not work. Example, all of our vehicles have had automatic lights for a zillion years! Pulling in the drive, after sun down, the hubby tells me my lights weren't on. What! To the internet I go to find out why they weren't on. Oh, you just drive around with them on all the time and they go out automatically. Then yesterday, I plugged my charger into the power outlet and it didn't light up. The cigarette lighter worked. Back to the internet. I found this site and massive amounts of information! We checked fuses, broke out the multimeter, grounding,.....Everything seemed good. Hubby happened to pick up the charger and asked me to go get another one. Plugged it in and it worked. Come to find out my charger wasn't long enough to engage in the power socket. Learning about the "Ole Boy" one "problem" at a time. So, far the only real issue is having to wait until the back up sensor kit arrives, this guy is BIG. We are looking forward to many years of fun and use of Gus. Thank you for letting us join the group!

Welcome from va! At least I got an owner’s manual with my used tundra. Too bad it’s in French and I don’t know how to read French. Good luck with your Tundra.
