So I just got a 2015 1795 last month and went in on mods. One of them being factory led headlight lights, DD fog lights and NSV bulge light bar. So I started by doing the head lights and fog lights using the harness from the guy that sells them here.

(sorry his name escapes me at the moment.)

They worked perfect. Then I proceeded with the NSV. did it all as they said with Cutting the blue wire. Didn’t work. They I reattached the blue wire. Still didn’t work. As I’m trouble shooting I realize my windows won’t roll up, my drl don’t work, my fogs don’t work, my heating and cool won’t work. I started looking into it and I thought it was the main fuse. Took it out looked fine but I still swapped a new one in. Still didn’t work. So I called head light revolution. They got me with a few possibility. The pins which I’m sure I did right and to see if the problem still persisted if I took the light bar out. I had already did that I took it all back to stock and still didn’t work.
then the next thing they said was the trailer brake to be connected. I swore that was it because it was still disconnected so I was so pumped cuz I thought that was it. Got home disconnected the batter plugged the trailer brake back in re connected the battery.......... STILL DONT WORK!!!!!‍♂️. PLEASE SOME ONE HELP!!!!

Following, I'm right behind you on this, swapped in aftermarket fogs and miromoto headlights and I'm working on getting the bulge bar as we speak. Curious to see what went wrong.

I did a similar install on my 2015 recently and definitely recall omitting the blue wire cut step. Double checked in the install vid, screen cap here:

So that definitely is something to look into. I don't know why that would mess up anything else. Did you have a hard time getting through the firewall? Maybe you cut the wiring harness or pulled out a connector?

The nsv needs a factory wiring harness, I would try disconnecting the headlights and plugging into the factory cables see what happens, I know some people have problems after turn light recall cause it alters the pinout of the wiring to the nsv lightbar and blows tail light fuses. Sounds like you've popped a fuse make sure your checking all your interior and engine bay fuses.

    LMAFAO !!
I just went through this heartache on Saturday. I have a 2017 Platinum upgraded to 2018 LED using the I hacker harness. I have the NSV “night rider” light bar.
It’s late and I’ve been up since 3am but here with some pics.

I didn’t cut the wire, I did triple check my pinning and my wiring connections several times.
Mostly due to 4 hard ciders and 1/2 bottle of Trader Joe’s whiskey sour on ice. The project took me 5 hours.
Double check you left enough slack in the steering column harness and did you disconnect battery completely ?

I’m off to bed, I’m available to chat tomorrow afternoon if it helps.

So I’ve checked every fuse in both the engine bay and kick panel visibly and with a tester light. All but 2 fuses didn’t light up but are visibly fine. those are labeled head light. I changed them anyway and they still don’t light. The head lights turn on only in the on position not in the auto position. there are 4 fuses that are labeled for head light 2 fuses only light with the tester when the head lights are on and the other 2 are the ones I changed.

As someone mentioned before make sure the firewall stock harness isn’t damaged, sounds really weird all that malfunctions you have none of installation procedures you have made should interfere with AC, headlights etc

In normal installation you should have problems with turn signals and nothing else but @Lightning_Lad have good pictures on how all the wiring must look like after installation is done.

To me sounds like a damaged or several wires damaged in the firewall, any chance you used a sharp object to work on that area?

I made a new hole in the rubber Grommet Under the factory hole so I didn’t touch the factory harness.
