    On my interstate commute home yesterday, my '11 began to have an infrequent rumble....like driving on the rumble strip on shoulder. It is brief, kind of like a shrug but it is new and disturbing. I'm getting ready to take a road trip and wondering if this is a breakdown waiting to occur.

    Is your Tundra 4wd? Try driving shifting to 4wd and see if the vibe / noise changes.

    My best guess: a bad ignition coil, but I would first check the battery and alternator.
