Tires Have Never Been My Game

So, I'm trying to take in information about my truck. I'm not really looking to make changes just yet but I'm trying to learn.

I'm guessing the app Toyota has with build information is stock information? I've attached examples. It says my truck has 18R wheels. The tire says 20. Is that because it's an added option after the original build?

Or am I completely wrong?

Looks like tss wheels and they are 20’s. Not oem Toyota wheels but installed after by the regional dealer.

 

Do you have the TSS package or something similar on your truck? Some optional trim packages swap out the wheels and might be a dealer add-on, whereas I think what Toyota lists is what is on the truck at port/as built.

 

Thanks guys, that is what I thought. There's quite a few variables. It can be confusing to weed through and the build sheet from the port doesn't help.
