De Chrome running board

    Hey all hope everyone is safe and doing good out there.

    I’m new to the forum and I would really like some help/advice on a project I was interested in. I want to de chrome my 2007 tundra running boards and maybe replace the plastic covers if it’s possible at all. Has anyone done this? What are your suggestions? As you can see the plastic is looking really unhealthy and the chrome has been BEATEN by the previous owner


    Also has anyone painted their grill or lower bumper valance in the front ? I want to repaint it and would like some advice on how to go about it. The black is starting to fade out on both and it is not looking good too much sun maybe?
