Maybe try a negative battery cable disconnect to reboot the system. See if that will clear things up. What was the last work performed on your rig before all the light came on? Rats chewing on wires?

Brought truck to mechanic was rebooted a few times and all wires/ grounds looked good. Getting under it today. Also, when lights come on alternator puts out 12.3 volts. This entire problem is an intermittent issue it does not happen all of the time

Sounds like you need to concentrate on the charging system. 12.3 volts is not enough to keep battery charged and triggers the warning lights. On all the Toyota’s I have ever worked on, when there is problems with the charging system you will get 2 lights 1) the brake light and 2) the charge light. With those 2 lights on indicates to me the charging system is faulty. That needs to be ironed out first.

Would not be the first time I have seen a bad alternator bad from store, especially the lifetime rebuilds. If you did purchase a rebuild I would return it and buy a new one, not a rebuild or overhauled.

Are you sure your Alt belt is not slipping on the Alt pulley when under heavy current load?

Old alternator did same think. It’s why I changed it out. Once truck runs a while it will click, then everything works fine. Battery is good

What goes click? You need to narrow down your source of the click. I don't have any wiring diagrams for the Tundra, but it sounds like a relay if it is going click. Maybe a load relay?

The ECM’s are generally pretty hardy but it may be bad. Sounds like junkyard time. At least try a used one first as I am sure an OEM would be pricy.

Do you know exactly what and where it was shorting out? I'm having the same problem and I'm banging my head looking for the problem.
