I finally got around to installing a set of the TRD Red shocks loaded with springs. While in there I added a 2” Truxx level spacer. When complete the truck had obvious positive camber. I took it for alignment and it still had positive camber. I decided to give it a week and then went back for another alignment that resulted in continued positive camber, twitchy driving, and the steering wheel cocked left. Pictured below are the alignment specs after that alignment

the manager told me they don’t know what else to do, but referred me to their “alignment guru” at the other location.
to his credit he was able to dial in the truck and get the wheels back perpendicular. He told me that the adjustments were now maxed out and the truck would drift right. To his word, it does drift right. This is the post alignment screen shot. Can anyone provide information as to why it is drifting and why my caster cannot be adjusted further?

    Following....have a very similar issue.
I went from a 07 TRD Limited CM 2x4 and replaced with 20 SR5 CM 4x4 front shocks, coils and UCA’s. I did have a slight pull to the left but After the alignment I definitely drift to the left.
    *no lift added..all stock.

Something is wrong as you should get good #s with just a 2” level and stock uca. I’d say left camber is a little too high, obviously right caster is way off, and toe is too high. I can post my last spec when I get home. It took me 3 alignments after the lift to get it right.

There are a few threads on alignments. Search for one with your same lift height and see what numbers they had.

Thanks for the follow up, was yours a level as well? I have been combing through various posts for the last week trying to figure out what I am missing. I don’t understand how 3 different alignment techs can’t resolve a simple level lift. You would think I had a 6” lift and 37” tires the way the act about it.

Here is mine. I have a 2 1/2” - 3” lift using adjustable coilovers and icon tubular uca. I think my toe is still just barely too high from what I’ve read. I have a slight pull to the left sometimes and have bump steer or a floating feeling. When I had 6112s at 1.9” and stock uca, it was perfect after getting 3 alignments.

If anyone in the Mobile, AL area has recs for a legitimate alignment shop, I’m all ears.

Everything sucked in the first alignment computer screen, and still in the second computer screen with
castor. The twitching/wandering light steering feel is because you have little castor and pull to one side to boot. 2” lift up front “leveling” you should get 2*-3* positive castor with stock uca’s and no more than .5* cross castor to compensate for road crown. Camber set at 0* along with toe or slight toe.

From reading other messages, I went in the second time with a slight amount of knowledge. Not one to ever tell someone how to do a job that I don’t do, I mentioned that I had read about other people with similar situations and asked for 0 camber and 2.5 caster on both sides and then fine tune the toe. The first picture is what I got. Crazy stuff!

3rd shop, 4th attempt finally got me in spec. I didn’t see the numbers, but it drives straight as an arrow now
