    2015 Tundra SR5 Double Cab 4x4
    Hey guys, I have been snooping thru the forums getting answers to a lot of my questions and I thought I would join. I am in the process of building an overlanding/camping truck out of my 2015 Tundra SR5 4x4 double cab. No work has started yet but I have made quite a few purchases recently. I will make a build post with pictures when the fun starts. My list is below. I am dividing the build into phases d/t how expensive this hobby can get.

    1. Fuel Vector 17x8.5 +7mm x5
    2. BFG AT TA KO2 285/75r17
    3. RCI 12” rack with extra middle bar
    4. RCI Tonneau adapters to add 2-3 inches of height to rack
    5. Preorder outer tents Osprey slimline tent. Lot like roofnest with bit smaller size and get to support up and coming company.
    6. Big thank you to the person who posted shock surplus having suspension parts in stock. I was able to get my hands on a pair of 6112s coil overs and 5160s for the back.

    Well that’s it for part one of my build. Thanks for reading and pictures to come when I make a build post.
    Anyone in the DFW area?
    Anyone have some suggestions on a place where I can get my work done on my truck? (I am a nurse, I work on people not trucks) I am willing to learn if anyone is interested in teaching some stuff.
    Any ideas on an affordable leaf upgrade, worried about the weight addition to the back.
