I sold my tundra but didn’t want my upgrade wish list to go to waste so I thought I’d post it here just in case someone found value in it. It’s fairly well researched (albeit incomplete):

2016 Toyota Tundra

Electrical:
☑️ Group 31 battery
❏ Sunglasses holder S Pod
❏ Under carriage and splash lighting (comes on when doors open or truck unlocked & has switch) I think it’s possible to install 2” cyclone rock lights on the underside of the mirrors. There is a perfect spot outlined there you will see.
❏ Replace interior lights with led
☑️ Replace headlights with GTR Lighting Gen 3 Ultra series LED
☑️ Additional USB plugs
☑️ 110v plugs at least 2 in the truck
❏ Lights on bumper (front)
❏ Rear lights on roof rack
☑️ Fog lights replaced with LED's
