06 4x4 SR5 4 door. 65k miles. Ordered the front Toyota Tundra Bilstein B8 Series Suspension Kit and rear Bilstein Shocks. The fronts are adjustable from 0 lift up to 2.75 of lift. Found the factory fronts weeping. I chose the 1.6 in lift option in front. It gave me right at 2.5 lift and the rears are for 0 to 2” of lift. It set the truck perfectly level and I am expecting some settling. Took the truck on some rough gravel roads, off road through pastures and hit some rough Railroad Crossings, butter smooth. It needed them bad at 65k it seems.

What a huge difference, night and day. As they have on other applications I have used them on.

I have ran Bilsteins on 4 Jeep’s and 3- Diesel Cummins 3/4 and 1 tons. Only shocks that I have found that will hold up under the heavy engine of the Cummins engine and longevity in Jeep’s hammering off road.

Photo shows stock, I will get a photo of it showing difference soon.

Very interested in your picture after the Billy’s are installed. I keep going back and forth what to do for suspension and of course this setup is at the top of the list.

If possible, can you provide part numbers of what you ordered and installed? ;)

I’ll get a photo tomorrow. The rears are Bilstein 5100’s The fronts are
Part no: BKMQ-47-260337 ReadyLift Bilstein B8 Series Suspension Kit; Front 0-2.5 in lift.

Photo below shows the adjustability in the fronts. I circled the circlip slots I opted on in red. It lifted the front well over 2in in stead of the 1.6 in it stated. I expect some settling, but the way it will settle I knkw it will be perfectly level and ever so slight lift on the truck, and I have a winch on front too. I can notice as well as wife did when we got in it the first time after install. Truck has 65k miles of nothing but pavement and a few hunting trips down dirt and gravel roads, but last May we took it to Colorado and Utah on the mine roads and Passes, it needed help! It will be better than corrected now, it rides great!

Wheelers Off-road is a good place to get them, but they were out of stock and couldn’t locate the full package. They offer an option on $100 and they will put together the fronts with all new hardware for direct install. Which you can offset with 10% discount code. Which they will do on a call in order. But ask fir a hands on check for in stock!!! I had to have a local shop hunt the front system down and do a hands on check to get them. Bilstein is way behind in production. I talked to them. I didn’t need them fully built as I have a shop and equipment to build front struts and springs.

There are 275/70R17 Kumho Road Venture A/T 51’s. They are a a bit noisy, will let them wear out and then go one bigger size.

That looks like what I am shooting for! Thanks for sharing. Going to save this post for sure.

Any other modifications you have to make with this setup IE. brake lines, front diff drop, etc...?
