So I found 2 lift kits I like just don’t know which is better so there’s a ome 3”/1” lift level kit does that mean it’s a 3” suspension and 1” leveling or is it a 3” front 1” rear, or would a icon stage 1-3 be better you think for ride quality, performance and better looking?

Hard to say. The OME is probably better for longevity and cheaper but the icon probably will ride better. The 3” 1” means 3” lift in the front and 1” in the rear.

Do you think the ome would still give good ride quality ?

Yes it will still be good. Also depends on what spring rate you go with. if you are concerned about ride quality then i would recommend the softer springs.
