Have 3/2 toy tech lift with DeMello front bumper and winch. Ordered 35/12.50/18 BFG KO2s and they were a good 1” to big. They hit the rear frame horn on the drivers side. What is a good 4” kit that would allow 35’s with plenty of room?

What offset? Sounds like you need a CMC.

Like he said, get a bmc/cmc. People have made that size fit with 3/2 lift. It’ll be cheaper than replacing your lift with a drop bracket lift.

I think my XDS are 18 , but going to run full Overland build and post on the forum and wanted to make sure I was headed in the right direction.

18-25 offset seems to be the best. I just got 285/75r18 (34.8x11.2) with a 2 1/2” lift in front and a heavy bumper and winch. I was worried it would rub but it clears. I have +25 XD wheels.

You should clear with a cmc.

Start cutting. Best to do it anyway if you plan on over landing it will get in the way sooner or later even with another 1” of lift. Have to think about flex and what not.
