I have someone selling a set of Fox pro Shocks but from the picture I have never seen this before witch is why I’m hesitant to buy. They have 20k on them and list price is $900. Good deal?

Previous owner used them with a drop bracket lift. Just remove the spacers and it’ll work. As for if it’s a good deal, not sure on that one.

Probably had a 5 or 6 inch lift. Just take the stop spacer off

Those spacers make me think someone did some very bad things to those shocks.

They said the dealer ship put them on. It was how they bought the truck?

For 900 I would buy them. They are also rebuildable thru fox Incase you want them rebuilt before installing

Probably $2-300 including parts from a guy who rebuilds shocks, at least that's what my buddy charges. Just pull the spacer, I bet they're fine. 99% of drop brackets are for driving down paved roads.

That’s a great deal even if the shocks have to be rebuilt. Seems shady to me but if you’re feeling lucky, go for it.

I just talked to fox today. They are going to rebuild them just incase. $136 a shock to rebuild but the worst part will be shipping them. They are heavy!

Doesn’t the Ready Lift for Pro use those spacers?

Any off road/suspension shop worth anything can rebuild them and you not need to worry about shipping.

Yeah I’m thinking just rebuild the fronts because I just installed fire stone air bags on the rear because I haul a lot and I think the rear fox shocks will be to soft and not ideal for hauling?

Call fox back and ask them to use their shipping account so it doesn’t cost you as much. I am sending my kings off and the company who is rebuilding them is letting me use their account.

I would do the rears as well; but I don’t think they will be to soft. And call fox back and talk to them. When they rebuild them, they can revolve them anyway you want.
