So we have club going strong for 37s:

But has anyone been brave enough to join me in the 40s club? I've been running 40s for almost 4 years now and only ran across 1 other Tundra (grey) in-person that wheeled with their rig. I've seen photos of another Tundra (white) with 41s that wheeled mostly on mud.

I'm just waiting for the new Nitto 42" Trail Grapplers to come out before I step up again.

    Function before sparkle.
I’m not part of the club but I love the pinstriping on your truck. Proves that it’s been used for what it was designed.

I'd love a long bed on 40"s, how much chopping was involved to make it work?

I kinda want to try and fit some 42.5 boggers, but I don't think the IFS would be too happy about it. Probably just going to run a 37 or 38.5 instead when I install my lift.

Looks like the LT kit is working well.

After getting my ass handed to me on Metal Masher at Moab last week, I now want to jump up to 40s. I see you once had the BDS lift, as do I. What did you have to do to make 40s fit and functional off road? What size is your wheel and offset?

How well has your steering rack held up to wheelin 40s over the years? I’d love to get to 40s, but I’m probably a couple years out.
