Factory NAV Unit

I ordered a new Sony HU to replace my factory NAV unit. It works fine, just wanted Apple CarPlay. Would eBay be the best place to try to sell it. I tried Looking on there, but didn’t see any other units for sale

I’m not sure what it’s worth. I sold the factory NAV HU out of my 2004 Denali a few years ago for around $100

I currently have a 2012 crewmax platinum and am looking for a replacement head unit. My current one is jbl face code E7026

 

I just replaced mine with a Sony HU. It came out of my 2012 CrewMax Limited Platinum. It worked good, I just wanted one with Apple CarPlay.
