    I rocked that song countless times in my 1982 Camaro.
    Considered by many as a one hit wonder, but Billy goes way back.

    Strange, I don’t recall hearing it on the radio back at that time here in the northeast. I’d mostly hear bands like 38 special, REO Speedwagon, or Billy Squire on the air.

    I'm pretty sure I remember hearing it on Boston radio in the early 80s. Probably WBCN, as that was the only non-college radio station I listened to at the time. But then again, that was 4 decades ago. :eek2:

    I guess I missed it since I bought my first boom box that year at the age of 13 and just started listening regularly. My station of choice was WAAF; still is when they don’t play commercials. Or I may have been listening to Dr. Demento on WBCN...can’t recall. :D
