That looks pretty good if the price is right...

This is a small dealership and not in a big city. Here's everything the dealer will be doing free of cost, in addition to the customary detailing (interior + exterior):
    1, Replacing brake pads,
    2, Transmission fluid flush,
    3, Replace transmission seal.

The car has 180K on it and seems to be in pretty good condition.

They will also be doing the actuator shaft seal and a windshield replacement. There is a little bit of seepage in the transmission seal but recommendation was to not replace it and drive. Family run dealership and really get the feeling that they are not the typical stealerships we get here in SoCal.

Will be flying out tomorrow with the wife and driving back (1200 miles). Should test this reliability thing that everyone keeps talking about. Hopefully, a fun trip.

The undercarriage would be of zero concern to me in regards to rust. Either would the 1st vehicle one you showed. The second I wouldn't mess with.
