Greetings all from blister cold Texas!
I need recommendations on replacement speakers and stereo options for my 2013 Tundra Crewmax. It’s 4x4 but a base model. Big screen stereo is what’s in it right now.
You’re advice is appreciated and this forum is amazing!!!
    Thanks y’all.

What is a "big screen stereo"? What brand/model is it? Assuming there s no amp it helps to know what watts it puts out so one can select proper speakers.

The big screens are strange looking in our 2013 dashes to me. They just look out of place unless it’s the Dasaita 10” unit which looks super clean, oem type of fit, but mixed reviews on it and all of the android units scared me away.

If a 7” screen is sufficient then I highly recommend the Sony XAV-AX7000 head unit. It has a real class d amp built in for 45x4 watts RMS.

Here is how it looks in my 2013 dash:

These speakers have been great for me and are a direct drop in for our trucks:

I have read REALLY good things about the Kenwood 7” speakers and if something ever happens to mine I will switch to those. The Kenwood and Focal factory replacement sets are also pretty highly reviewed.

The android radios made to fit the Tundra are a nice option, and there's two sizes (big and really big).

I have the original installed right now but it doesn’t work properly. Satellite radio cuts in and out. It has an extra satellite antenna on it. I’m just gonna start from scratch.
Thanks for the recommendations so far. Keep me coming!

Is it the factory JBL system? If it is it will say on the head unit and door speaker grilles.

mine is an sr5 but has the base non job audio system. There are two mesh panels in the left and right sides of the dash near the windshield. They pop up easily and you can see if there is a speaker in there.
