@gosolo, I put your creation to good work today cutting a strip loin into steaks and stew meat. Worked like a charm.

    1 3/4" its a tiny beast.

    https://threesistersforge.com/collections/cct

Mine is a custom with flat slabs that are thicker than the standard too,he makes small batches of unique spec and I grabbed this one of 4 I think that he did.

I also have a "Beast" and it is pretty sweet too.

His story is pretty interesting too I recommend reading it if you have a minute.

I love this little knife! It makes me think about reconsidering making folders. I just don’t have the machine shop type of tooling.

I hear you I felt the same way when I discovered this guy.
Could not be a nicer guy and was a Dentist and somehow lost a Hand!?

So of course he became a Knife Maker and Machinist and has developed a loyal and broad following from the Military and Police guys who are looking for quality and custom that is affordable too,not something you see all that much.

So I almost bought something used of his but called him first instead and he sold me on one of his small custom run pieces and I could not be more happy with it or the Beast for that matter which I did buy second hand but then had him go over it too.

It is a different skill set I imagine in many ways but Quality is Quality no matter what we make I think.

Queen steel #98. Bought it when I was in Scouts around 1971. I have used and abused this thing for almost 50 years. After reading this thread I'm gonna look for a Kershaw Blur for a folding knife.

    Try kershawguy.com

He has a lot of decent prices and is constantly getting new inventory and I dont know anyone who wont do business with him again!

His site seems to be down right now but I am sure will be back,I am on his mail list and it is really tempting almost all the time.
