Hey, I have bought a lift and am planning on installing lift and tires on the same day. My current tire set up is 275/60/20. I want 35's. Im unsure on how all this works. What spec tire is best? I will probably go with the ever popular Nitto Ridge Grappler.

Check out the "sticky" threads at the top of the wheel and tire form here. Tires choice depends on how you use your truck. Can get all season, highway tires, AT, mud terrains. You will need at least 2.5 lift and some trimming/adjustments to fit 35s and wheel choice and backspacing will be critical for good fit. Search, as there are plenty of threads here about fitting 35s.

Oh, and expect a reduction in the feeling of power and lower MPGS (by about 2mpg) when you install 35s. They are big and heavy tires.
