Almost. Still gotta clear more out of the fender well. She’s rubbing bad. Roommate is on night shift this week so I need to wait until the afternoon to bust out the cutting wheel. :sawzall:

Looks like Bre and I will be doing some camping over v-day weekend with a few friends. Plans include locating a campground in the dark none of us have been to, so got my wallet out...again.
Ordered a set of the BAMF/pelfreybroke ditch light brackets, and a cheap set of pods off Amazon that look like BD knockoffs. Hoping they work well, if not, I’ll swap them to the rear as chase lights when I can pony up for real deal BD lighting.

Lights and harness will arrive Tuesday. My last order from BAMF shipped super fast so I’ve got my fingers crossed they operate on the same timeline this time. :)

My fiancée is busy with work, so I jumped at the opportunity to toss the rear shocks on. All 4 corners are now 5100s. Nothing fancy, but getting the job done :woot:

Does anyone have a recommendation for sliders? Not sure if there is anyone local to SD/SoCal area that makes nice sliders, otherwise might be jumping on the RCI group buy :spending::anonymous::goingcrazy:

Hard wheelers agree on WKOR. Most coverage between wheel wells, and support the weight of the truck. I haven’t got info about RCI for this.

I forgot they’re in Apple Valley, could drive up and pick them up (in 8-10+ weeks lol).

Lol! As much as I’d like to make my own, that may be to big a project.

WKOR is what I run also Mike. Great product, service and close enough that us is SoCal can go pick them up to save on shipping.

Thanks! I’ve seen them up close on @tundra_20 they look great. I was so dead set on angled sliders because that’s the thing in the taco world, but hardly any for the tundra are angled up.

Thanks Chan man! Whatcha doing over here?
Ps: get psyched for @Drainbung ’s build. It’ll be coming soon-ish

Good to know. And yeah, local-ish is a nice advantage.

Ordered RCI sliders. With the 20% off group buy, they were ~$200 more than WKOR but with full plates, powder coat and delivered as opposed to a 4+ hour round trip, only rear plates, and bare metal. So now I wait...6-10 weeks :goingcrazy:

Fill plates are for the pup and the gal. Granted @Bigbarlo had a run in with a log and is now a firm believer in fill plates so that weighed on me. Also was going to paint, but the legs and underside of the fill plates are so prone to road debris the paint wears off quick and starts to rust in really hard to reach places. Powder coat will get scraped off the under side and outer rail but those are easier to touch up with rattle can.

Agreed. First coat should be Powdercoat. The top half will be good forever. Touch up bottom with rattle can.

#jerryberrybought ditch brackets arrived yesterday so I threw those on and wired up the cheapo Amazon specials. Still can’t believe how quickly BAMF is getting product shipped!

Anyways here’s the pics. Gotta test them out this weekend and see how some $32.99 lights will perform. Also first time I’m trying Amber ditch, but so far they appear to reflect off the hood less than white.
