    2017 Tundra Crew Max Platinum
I just purchased a 2017 Tundra Crew Max Platinum over the weekend with 30k mi. My goal was to buy as close to new / original condition as possible.

Did the 2017 Platinums come with in-bed cargo rails? I thought that was part of the Platinum pkg. Can anyone confirm?

I went to get a spray-in Line-X bedliner today and found the cargo rails and both rear tie downs missing. In addition, someone did a poor DIY bedliner and CarMax covered it with a plastic Pendaliner for the sale. I only discovered the DIY when we lifted the plastic liner out. The only way LineX will do the spray in is to sandblast the old DIY, prime, and then line.

I would like to approach CarMax to ask them to take care of the sandblast, prime, and the rails if they were part of the Platinum Pkg.

    Thanks for your help.
