Water pump versus timing belt

Hi Everyone -

I replaced my timing belt, water pump etc 12,000 miles ago. My water pump now is squealing like a dying squirrel. So, I am weighing just doing to the water pump versus redoing everything. I was just wondering thoughts.

The mechanic should be installing a kit at 7 years and at some significant mileage (90K ?).
If the remainder of the kit was installed and only has a few miles on it (12K) I don't see any benefit in changing out everything else again.
Get a new water pump installed and call it a day. Your Mileage May Vary
Just my thoughts on the issue.
