2021 SR5 Driver Seat Recline

Hi. The roadside of the driver seat in my truck has three switches listed from front to back:

#1. Slides the seat fore and aft.
#2. Reclines the seat.
#3. Blows up an air bladder (I assume) for lumbar support.

The truck is new (+/-500 miles) and I haven't been able to get #2 to recline the seat. Nothing happens when the switch is moved. Is there some function somewhere that I've disabled the switch maybe? I've checked the manual and don't find anything helpful. I looked underneath and all the connectors seem to be seated properly. Nothing seems out of place.

I don't want to look like a moron taking this thing back to the dealer to find out
it's a setting or a check box in the menu that I inadvertently clicked or something easy like that.

I would reach out to your sales agent and explain the situation. You will probably have to take it in for an eval. I had an issue as well and the sale agent helped me out. BTW, have you check the fuses??

 

Assuming if it was a fuse none of the functions would work??

Just pop by a dealer, don't mess with any wires or fuses. It's brand new.

 

It could be a loose or disconnected wire under the seat. I'd take a peak at that.
